Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high‑quality care to pediatric patients in the PICU and PEDI units
• Administer moderate sedation during procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor vital signs and respond to emergencies
• Document patient care accurately
• Assist with IV and feeding pump management
• Support families with clear communication

Qualifications

• 1+ year of RN experience in pediatric or ICU settings
• Strong knowledge of ventilator, CPAP, HFNC, and IV pump management
• Ability to perform moderate sedation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid RN license in Texas
