Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism
• Register patients accurately and verify insurance information
• Schedule and coordinate appointments to keep clinics running smoothly
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with care
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
• Collaborate with clinical staff to enhance the patient experience
• Keep the front desk area organized and welcoming

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare, medical office, or customer service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with computers and electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented attitude
