Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism
• Manage patient registration and check-in processes
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow
• Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary information
• Respond to phone calls and patient inquiries promptly
• Partner with clinical staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience in patient registration, front desk, or healthcare administration preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using electronic health records and scheduling systems
• Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of medical terminology
• Knowledge of insurance verification processes
• Familiarity with patient scheduling software
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
