Location: Lewisville, Texas

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 guaranteed hours, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to PCU patients during critical night shifts
Monitor and assess progressive care patients with precision and compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Utilize advanced equipment and Meditech system for seamless documentation
Float as needed to support hospital-wide excellence

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas
Minimum 1 year of RN experience, ideally 2+ years in PCU
BLS certification, with additional unit-specific certs preferred

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in PCU patient care and procedures
Experience with Meditech documentation
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Adaptability to night shifts and floating requirements
