Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for pediatric patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve functional goals
• Implement therapeutic activities to improve motor skills, coordination, and daily living skills
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and coping strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care team members to ensure holistic care

Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Prior experience in pediatric rehabilitation is a plus, but new graduates are welcome
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and therapeutic interventions
• Skill in patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
