Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients
• Develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's goals
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure coordinated care
• Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Empower patients and families with education and home exercise programs

Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Current NBCOT certification
• BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or pediatric settings preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of occupational therapy assessments and interventions
• Skilled in electronic medical records documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment
