Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, typically 6 hours in duration, as needed
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions to pediatric patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans that help patients achieve functional goals
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies for daily living
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Contribute to a positive, healing environment for children and their families
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in California
- Pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy assessment tools and treatment techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in documenting care in electronic health records
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Adaptability to meet the changing needs of a dynamic clinical environment
