Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients with orthopedic, CVA, MS, and head injury diagnoses
Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients
Work closely with the OT Manager and Rehab Aides to ensure high-quality patient care
Document patient progress and treatment plans using ReDoc and Meditech

Qualifications

Oregon license as an Occupational Therapist
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience with orthopedic patients, specifically upper extremity therapy
Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy

Education

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy

Knowledge & Skills
