Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem shifts, 6 hours each, as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional surgical care to pediatric patients
Assist in operating room procedures with precision and compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Maintain sterile environments and highest safety standards
Support families during critical moments with empathy and expertise

Qualifications

Active RN license in Washington
OR experience, especially with pediatrics preferred
BLS and PALS certifications
Commitment to pediatric patient care
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical setting

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong surgical nursing skills
Pediatric patient handling expertise
Sterile technique proficiency
Team communication and coordination
Attention to detail in high-stakes environments
