Location: Garden City, KS

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 24/7 call coverage including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee both the Cath Lab and ICU departments with passion and purpose
Mentor staff while enhancing nursing competencies and building a positive culture
Coordinate pre-procedure, recovery, and bedside procedural support with moderate sedation
Ensure safe titration of critical drips and manage complex cardiac and respiratory patients
Collaborate across departments as a helping hand when needed
Drive quality outcomes through strong clinical leadership and team development

Qualifications

Active RN license with 3 years of nursing experience
1 year of management experience and 1 year of clinical leadership experience
Current ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
CRRT competency and comfort with critical care and telemetry
Fluoro license preferred for technical staff support

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of vasoactive medications and critical care drips
Experience managing cardiac, vascular, EP, and IR procedures
Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips confidently
Comfort overseeing ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen
Leadership skills to support staff growth and unit excellence
