Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shifts, 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Dispense life-saving medications with precision using DoseEdge automation
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient therapy in a 600-bed facility
Manage high-volume inpatient pharmacy operations serving 500-600 daily census
Ensure accurate medication preparation and distribution through Pyxis ES systems
Monitor and document treatments via Meditech EMR for seamless patient care

Qualifications

Active Pharmacist license in good standing
At least 1 year of pharmacy experience
Thrives in busy environments and hates being bored
Ready to rock maroon/wine scrubs

Education

PharmD or equivalent from accredited pharmacy program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in DoseEdge (must-have for automated compounding)
Proficiency with Pyxis ES for medication dispensing
Experience with Meditech EMR
Strong attention to detail in high-volume settings
