Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to emergency patients, making split-second decisions that save lives
Collaborate with a dynamic team to stabilize and treat urgent cases
Assess and triage patients swiftly, prioritizing those in greatest need
Administer medications and interventions with precision and compassion
Educate patients and families during high-stress moments, providing calm reassurance

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Ready to hit the ground running in a busy trauma setting

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in rapid patient assessment and triage
Proficiency with emergency medical equipment and procedures
Strong critical thinking under pressure
Excellent communication in high-stakes environments
Compassionate bedside manner that shines in chaos
