Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform and analyze laboratory tests with precision and care
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure accurate results
• Follow strict quality control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to support patient care
• Document results clearly and communicate findings confidently

Qualifications

• Current MLT certification (ASCP or equivalent) preferred
• Previous clinical laboratory experience is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compassionate environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of laboratory procedures and instrumentation
• Skill in specimen processing and handling
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems
• Understanding of infection control and safety standards
