Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and procedures with accuracy and efficiency
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment
• Collect, handle, and process biological specimens according to established protocols
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure reliable results
• Communicate critical findings to healthcare teams promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment

Qualifications

• Current Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification from ASCP or equivalent
• Washington state MLT licensure or eligibility to obtain one
• No prior experience required; new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of laboratory safety and infection control practices
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems and automated analyzers
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
