Location: Spokane, Washington
Start Date: 08-19-2026
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per Diem - As Needed (6-hour shifts, no fixed schedule)
Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests and procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment
- Collect, handle, and process biological specimens according to established protocols
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure reliable results
- Communicate critical findings to healthcare teams promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
Qualifications
- Current Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification from ASCP or equivalent
- Washington state MLT licensure or eligibility to obtain one
- No prior experience required; new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of laboratory safety and infection control practices
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems and automated analyzers
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
