Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests to support accurate patient diagnoses
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment with precision and care
• Collect and analyze specimens, ensuring timely and accurate results
• Adhere to strict quality control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
• Document results clearly and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications

• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or equivalent
• Relevant education or formal training in medical laboratory technology
• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting is a plus
• Familiarity with laboratory safety procedures and infection control
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in running automated laboratory analyzers
• Knowledge of specimen collection and handling protocols
• Skilled in performing quality control and troubleshooting
• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
