Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests on patient samples including blood, urine, and other body fluids
• Operate and maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment
• Prepare and label specimens accurately for testing
• Execute quality control checks to ensure reliable results
• Document and report test findings with precision
• Follow strict safety, infection control, and confidentiality protocols
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient care

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
• MLT certification (ASCP or equivalent) preferred
• Previous clinical laboratory experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures and equipment
• Understanding of quality control and quality assurance practices
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
