Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests with accuracy and precision
• Prepare and analyze specimens, ensuring proper handling and labeling
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
• Document and report test results in compliance with quality standards
• Participate in quality control and assurance procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient diagnosis and treatment

Qualifications

• Current Medical Lab Technician (MLT) certification preferred (ASCP or equivalent)
• Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean lab environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and infection control
• Proficiency with lab information systems and basic computer skills
• Understanding of specimen collection, handling, and processing
• Familiarity with quality control and quality assurance practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
