Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients and support their families
• Assist providers during exams and procedures
• Take vital signs and record patient information accurately
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure a clean, safe environment
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver a seamless patient experience

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Prior experience in a clinical setting is a plus
• A caring, patient-centered approach to healthcare

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
• Skill in taking vital signs and patient assessments
• Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
