Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to pediatric patients and their families
- Assist physicians and nurses with examinations, procedures, and treatments
- Obtain and record vital signs, medical histories, and patient information
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment is sterilized and ready
- Administer medications and injections as directed by providers
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications
- Current Medical Assistant certification or registration required
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably pediatrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient care and customer service skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and EHR systems
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Strong attention to detail
