Shift Type: Per diem shifts, 6 hours per shift, flexible days as needed
Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in an ambulatory clinic setting
- Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments to ensure smooth patient visits
- Prepare patients for appointments by taking vital signs, updating medical histories, and documenting concerns
- Administer medications and injections as directed, following all safety protocols
- Perform routine lab tests, collect specimens, and manage patient flow efficiently
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and support the care team with clinical tasks
Qualifications
- Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Previous experience in an ambulatory, outpatient, or clinic setting preferred
- Strong phlebotomy and specimen collection skills
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming bedside manner
- Comfort working flexible per diem shifts in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of medical terminology and EHR systems
- Skilled in taking vital signs, administering injections, and performing EKGs
- Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy clinical setting
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with providers and nursing staff
