Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and conditions
• Collaborate with registered nurses and the care team
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Maintain accurate patient records and care documentation

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Pennsylvania
• BLS/CPR certification
• Consistent and reliable attendance
• Compassion and a patient-first attitude
• Prior LPN experience is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and dosage calculations
• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Charting and electronic health records
• Clear communication and active listening
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Empathy and bedside manner
