Roles & Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight to subordinate nursing staff
Coach, train, and educate staff on proper nursing techniques and procedures
Deliver safe and professional care to residents
Promote residents' quality of life and comfort

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Nursing
LPN licensure in Alaska
1 year of experience in long-term care nursing
BLSP (CPR) certification
