Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents at Gettysburg Center
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor residents' health and promptly report changes to the care team
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other team members to deliver high-quality care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided
• Support residents' dignity and independence while addressing their daily needs

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• Must bring a state or federal issued ID to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times (registry requirement)
• Ability to pass background checks and facility onboarding requirements
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus
• A genuine passion for caring for others and making a difference

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical skills including medication administration and resident assessments
• Clear communication with residents, families, and the care team
• Attention to detail and accurate medical documentation
• Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts
