Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care with a focus on safety and dignity
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document responses
• Monitor patient conditions, observe changes, and report to the care team
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or acute care is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply

• Knowledge of nursing principles and best practices
• Medication administration and dosage calculation
• Patient assessment, monitoring, and vital sign measurement
• Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Infection control and safety protocols
