Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes to the care team
• Provide compassionate daily care, including wound care and personal hygiene
• Collaborate with RNs and physicians to develop and adjust care plans
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and aftercare
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure compliance with protocols

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or a compact state
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and flexible shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing procedures and medication administration
• Understanding of patient care documentation and EHR systems
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills for patient and family interaction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
