Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with daily living activities
• Take vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Support patients with mobility, hygiene, and nutrition
• Document care accurately and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and patients

Qualifications

• Active LNA license in New Hampshire or compact state
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
• Compassion and strong communication skills
• Experience in long-term care or hospital setting preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care techniques and safety protocols
• Skill in using electronic health records
• Strong observational and reporting skills
• Teamwork and interpersonal communication
• Time management and adaptability
