Roles & Responsibilities

Dive into dispute resolution to turn challenges into wins
Collaborate with the denial escalation team to protect revenue
Analyze cases with precision and advocate effectively
Streamline processes to ensure smooth operations
Make a real impact by resolving issues efficiently and fairly

Qualifications

Experience in dispute resolution or related field a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and organizational prowess
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment

Education

Relevant experience preferred, degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field a bonus

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in denial management and escalation
Proficiency in healthcare billing processes
Analytical mindset for complex case review
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
