Roles & Responsibilities
- Direct and indirect supervision of approximately 45 FTEs
- Carrying out Director-level responsibilities
- Setting clear expectations for staff
- Direct maintenance activities on utility systems
- Inspect machines and equipment
- Ensure compliance by outside contractors
- Act as a liaison with other departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of personnel management experience
- Knowledge of electricity, electronics, plumbing, carpentry, boiler operation, HVAC and general building maintenance
