Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in life-saving open heart procedures including CABG, AAA, TAVR, and valve replacements
- Collaborate with skilled RNs and surgical teams to deliver exceptional patient care
- Prepare and operate advanced equipment such as GE and Stryker systems
- Ensure seamless communication with staff and providers throughout each case
- Support a 1:1 patient ratio environment focused on safety and precision
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of current acute care CVOR Tech hospital experience
- Active BLS, DORA, and NBSTA certifications
- Proficiency in Open Heart procedures
- Preferred: Meditech experience and prior travel in large trauma facilities
Education
- NBSTA certification required
- DORA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong cardiovascular and open heart surgical knowledge
- Familiarity with Meditech and CPN documentation systems
- Ability to work confidently in high-acuity trauma settings
- Excellent teamwork and patient-focused communication skills
