Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in surgical procedures to make a real difference in patient outcomes
Maintain sterile environments ensuring top safety standards
Collaborate with surgical teams to deliver exceptional care
Prepare operating rooms with precision and efficiency
Support surgeons during critical moments in the OR

Qualifications

Active CST certification required
Minimum 2 years of surgical technologist experience
BLS certification preferred
Ready to thrive in a fast-paced hospital setting

Education

Completion of an accredited surgical technology program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques
Strong attention to detail and quick thinking under pressure
Excellent teamwork and communication in high-stakes environments
