Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care and support to patients
Assist with activities of daily living to help patients feel comfortable and safe
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team
Help maintain a clean and organized environment for healing

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in California
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and flexible with scheduling

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
State-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and assistance
Vital signs monitoring
Infection control practices
Team collaboration
