Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients throughout the night
Assist with daily living activities to help patients feel comfortable and supported
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
Help maintain a clean, safe, and healing environment
Build meaningful connections with patients and their families

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently during night shifts
Compassionate approach to patient care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
State-approved CNA training program completion

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and assistance techniques
Vital signs monitoring
Infection control practices
Documentation and reporting skills
Team collaboration and communication
