Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
• Support residents with meals and hydration needs
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in West Virginia
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to work night shifts and stand for extended periods

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic patient care and infection control
• Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
• Team player who collaborates well with nurses and other staff
