Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, 12.5 hours per shift
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to patients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
- Support patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
- Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Previous CNA experience in a hospital or long-term care setting is a plus
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care principles and infection control practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
- Teamwork and a positive attitude
- Empathy and patience when caring for others
