Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team promptly
• Document patient care and observations accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and emotional support to patients and families
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment to support healing and safety
• Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care
• Willingness to work a flexible per diem schedule as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and team members
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
• A positive, caring attitude and a commitment to teamwork
