Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities
• Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the nursing team
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient safety
• Support the care team with documentation and patient communication
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comforting environment for patients
• Assist with meals, hygiene, and other personal care needs

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• A caring, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
• Skill in using proper body mechanics for lifting and transferring
• Ability to document care accurately and efficiently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Good interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor
