Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes in condition to the nursing team
• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and build rapport with residents
