Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care including assistance with daily living activities
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
• Maintain a dignified, clean, and welcoming environment for residents
• Document care services accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living preferred
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care techniques and safety protocols
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with the care team and residents
• Ability to adapt quickly to different care environments
• Understanding of HIPAA and resident rights
• Reliable and punctual with a team-player mindset
