Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Take and record vital signs accurately and communicate changes to nursing staff
Assist with safe patient transfers, positioning, and ambulation
Support personal hygiene and grooming needs with dignity and respect
Document care provided clearly and timely in patient records
Communicate effectively with nurses, patients, and families to enhance care

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
Available to work per-diem shifts (specifically the listed 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM day shift)
Comfortable providing hands-on patient care and working as part of a healthcare team
Current, basic infection control knowledge and ability to follow facility protocols

Knowledge & Skills

Practical experience with patient hygiene, mobility assistance, and ADLs
Ability to accurately measure and report vital signs
Basic charting and documentation skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Situational awareness and the ability to follow care plans
