Shift Type: Saturday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (overnight to Sunday)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care to patients, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes promptly to nursing staff
Assist with patient transfers and mobility while following safety protocols
Maintain clean, safe patient environments and adhere to infection control practices
Support the care team with timely documentation and effective communication
Offer emotional support and respectful interaction to patients and families

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) — required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Previous patient care experience in a clinical setting is a plus
Ability to pass background check and meet facility health requirements
Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working overnight shifts

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an accredited CNA program and state certification

Knowledge & Skills

Solid understanding of fundamentals of patient care and ADLs
Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
Comfortable with safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
Basic documentation skills and attention to detail
