Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per diem, 12.5-hour shifts (flexible scheduling)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to acute care patients
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable patient environment
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
- Previous acute care or hospital experience preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care principles and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to respond quickly and calmly in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
