Position: LPN

Location: Albuquerque, NM, 87105

Start: 2 Weeks

Contract: 13 Weeks

Pay Scale: $35-$40/Hr.

 

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information accurately.
• Assist in the implementation of care plans and ensure patients' needs are met
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Handle medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

 

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

• Current and valid LPN/ (LVN) license in the state of practice.
• Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Proficient in administering medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Knowledgeable in nursing procedures and standard healthcare practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and provide compassionate care.
• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records and documentation.
