Pay Scale: Upto $35 hourly
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information accurately.
- Assist in the implementation of care plans and ensure patients' needs are met
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Handle medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
- Completion of an accredited LPN program.
- Proficient in administering medications and treatments following established protocols.
- Knowledgeable in nursing procedures and standard healthcare practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and provide compassionate care.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records and documentation.
