13 Weeks contract

Shift: Days 7:00am-7:30pm or Nights 7:00pm-7:30am and every other weekend. No on-call. Holidays (as required).      

Hourly Pay: To be discussed on phone interview.

Job Description:

Clinical Nurse, Med/Surg/Tele – Boarders in ED

Main Campus ED/Float

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients according to the assignment and to individual needs of the patient; assesses health-related needs based on biological data, patient history, and other existing data, such as medical chart reports or computerized medical record. 

Age groups served: Med/Surg/Tele/Oncology – Adults, geriatrics boarding the Emergency Department 

• Boarding 2030 patients in ED daily.

Required Licenses/Certifications:

• Active Ohio RN license
• BLS from the American Heart Association for the healthcare provider.
   

Mandatory Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation). 

Desired Qualifications:

• Two plus years of experience
• EPIC experience
