Job Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute personalized care plans to stabilize patients and ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
- Accurately document patient conditions, treatments, and progress while maintaining detailed medical records.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and implement effective care strategies.
- Stay current with best practices, adhere to facility protocols, and uphold professional nursing standards.
Job Requirements :
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Current CPR certification (American Heart Association).
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Proof of COVID vaccination, health clearance, and physical fitness.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
