Our History

UHCS established in 2004 with primary focus to assist in areas of Nursing care to include staffing for Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses and Certified Nurses Assistants. Since then, UHCS has opened offices and affiliation within the states of Texas, Washington, New York and Nevada. Over the short years we have grown our service offerings into staffing for Physicians, Allied Health and Mental Health services. We maintain high standards of performance by continually monitoring our quality, staff selection process and customer care.

At present we serve California and Nevada and we are able to provide contractor assignments anywhere within United States.

2004 - Establish medical staffing office in San Jose, CA

2005 - Integrate key partnerships and affiliation to reach to the customers more            effectively.

2005 - Strategic partnership with TLC Staffing to enhance our ability to traveling            assignments

2006 - Reach a milestone of 200 nurses and therapists combined within United States.

2007 - Enhance internal control and compliance goals all across the recruitment   process to preserve  and maintain state of the art service our clients.
2008 - Create recruitment centers and satellite offices
2009 - 100% client retention and client addition in downward economy. Key focus on customer satisfaction and staff orientation.
